What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Easy to use, straight forward, simple. For the price its decent. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? some items don't work e.g. tokens, can't set up auto tasks to send out notices. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Easy of movement from one section to another. There are features that make the software progressive. I appreciate the lightweight yet streamlined product as it was imagined. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Glitches seem to happen a lot. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Our team being able to connect from any location What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Most other features. No ability to create custom reports. Poor customer service. Poor implementation. And poor ease of integration causing snowballing issues What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? The thing I like the most about yardi is that you can delete anything. Any mistake that is made is fixable. I enjoy being able to seemlessly find tenants and vendors. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? The downside is not being able to communicate with vendors with maintenance requests. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Lots of things you can do in it. Decent menus and "decision tree" is built in. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Somethings are not as intuitive as I'd like - like the relationships between properties and companies. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of our commercial properties and their tenants.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Easy to use. Great training and support. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? It does not pull leases rent into budgets. Not enough account numbers for GL. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? Invoices sent directly to Yardi and is uploaded and coded for us saving us time. Recoveries and automatic in budgeting. Easy to run financial reports

"It gets the job done."

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? I like how easy it is to manage the system. The customer support chat always helps assist when there is an issue. We really like using the ability to bill tenants directly from an invoice received from a vendor. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? We are not able to transfer commercial tenants to another unit without having to close their old unit and then adding all new information to the new space. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? The ability to segregate properties between property management or property owners is fantastic. It was easy to implement and easy to integrate into our existing structure. When customer support is available through chat they are fantastic. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Breeze is very easy to use. My CFO loves that it's all in one for what his team needs to process invoices, complete monthe end close and reconcile the bank account. Overall it's easy to navigate and use.
