What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Easy to use, straight forward, simple. For the price its decent. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? some items don't work e.g. tokens, can't set up auto tasks to send out notices. Bank recs can be reconciled without depositing money causing the bank to be off. lots of glitches What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? making more processes automated. keeping track of payments

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? The thing I like the most about yardi is that you can delete anything. Any mistake that is made is fixable. I enjoy being able to seemlessly find tenants and vendors. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? The downside is not being able to communicate with vendors with maintenance requests. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Lots of things you can do in it. Decent menus and "decision tree" is built in. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Somethings are not as intuitive as I'd like - like the relationships between properties and companies. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of our commercial properties and their tenants.

Not enough account numbers for GL. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? Invoices sent directly to Yardi and is uploaded and coded for us saving us time. Recoveries and automatic in budgeting. Easy to run financial reports

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? I like how easy it is to manage the system. The customer support chat always helps assist when there is an issue. We really like using the ability to bill tenants directly from an invoice received from a vendor. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? We are not able to transfer commercial tenants to another unit without having to close their old unit and then adding all new information to the new space. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? I love everything about Yardi Breeze. especially Commercial Cafe where my tenants can pay online or submit maintenance requests! What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? I wish they had a feature to notify the tenant when work orders get udpated, completed, on hold etc. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? No major issues to report
