"Ease of use"

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? I like how easy Yardi is to navigate. I love that all reports can be downloaded to Excel and PDF. Implementation of the software went well. The staff if very knowledgable and helpful. Customer support is quick to respond in chat. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? When updates are done the system is usually a bit off for a few days. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? The ease of access and the flow of tasks is perfect!! This system is so very user friendly and the information available to assist you is above the norm in every way. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? I think it makes collecting rents very streamlined. I also love the maintenance feature! What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? I think it is difficult to use when working with subsidies. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? It's solving the issues of us having to use many different softwares. It's been a benefit because everything we do is now a lot more streamlined.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? I'm a new user and my property is not so conventional. It's a mobile home park with an RV component with 360 units and 8 unit types. The Yardi team has been working trembly helpful with helping set things up and even modifying some of their programming to help us out, as well as some data entry. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? This property management software is super easy to use and has many videos available if you are unsure about how to do something. Their customer service is amazing as well! What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Some of the templates don't allow you to choose "property address" to be placed in the subject line. Lack of reporting, lack of the ability to put in terms of the lease, lack of the ability to integrate with checkscan, lack of the ability to charge all tenants at the same time, doesn't allow for payments over $25000 per tenant. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? It is the best option for anyone with a decent amount of properties. It is very easy to use for the basics, an average person does not require much training. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? All thier additional features are flawed and yet still want to charge additional money for subpar products. implementation would be better if the lead had any clue the differenc between residential and commerical practices.
