What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? I love that with onboarding, they get back to you and answer questions the same day. I also love that when we are having our meetings and they are teaching me how to do certain tasks or putting something into the system, they take screenshots of the recording and send it the same day. "New user set up"

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? I'm a new user and my property is not so conventional. It's a mobile home park with an RV component with 360 units and 8 unit types. The Yardi team has been working trembly helpful with helping set things up and even modifying some of their programming to help us out, as well as some data entry. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? I think it makes collecting rents very streamlined. I also love the maintenance feature! What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? I think it is difficult to use when working with subsidies. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? It's solving the issues of us having to use many different softwares. It's been a benefit because everything we do is now a lot more streamlined.
