What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Yardi Breeze to me is so much easier than Voyager. I think it take less steps to get to where you need to go. I love the fact that I am able to adjust my home page to fit my need with the Dashboard settings, favorites and quick links. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Its very helpful for organizing routes and looking up reoccuring issues. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Mobile version- Ability to send updates to tickets What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? Route effiecency and keeping better track of our assets and issues.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Yardi Breeze has every tool needed to run a successful mgt & leasing team. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Electronic Leases can be a challange, but customer service is always there to help. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? They have solved prospect tracking & lease conversion which was a big void in previous programs.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? There is very little I like about Breeze. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? If you are an Affordable 50059 Property, stay clear of Breeze. Its Glitchy, lags, chat is helpful to the point they want to be. They will solve half the problem and leave you hanging on the rest. They NEVER tell you the full solution. Rent Cafe needs changed so that tenants can contact someone other than PM, since there isn't much we can do.
