Breeze is very cookie cutter, which isn't inherantly a bad thing, but it doesn't have the depth of financial reporting as our old program, but costs more. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Yardi is very easy to learn and use. It's a great way to keep track of payments and expenses. The Yardi chat is the best feature ever. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? CAM set up and reconciliation seem more straight forward and easier to use than in Genisis II. The formating of excel exports is much better too What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? A lot more clicking to where i want to go and multiple ways to accomplish something make it confusing. The implementation support starts immediately even though I did not start the implementation for 30 days as I was waiting for the prior Property Manager to get me the information. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Breeze is similar to Voyager, but without the best parts of Voyager. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze?
