What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? CAM set up and reconciliation seem more straight forward and easier to use than in Genisis II. The formating of excel exports is much better too What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? A lot more clicking to where i want to go and multiple ways to accomplish something make it confusing. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Converting from Genesis, it has created a lot of extra time in our office, mistakes are easy to fix and for the most part very conveient. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? We have experienced hour long outages that seem to have been fixed for the most part. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? Online payments for residents helps with less office error. Invoice workflow helps with less paper shuffle.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? The system is very clean. Batch receipts, charges, and reports are helpful when you have a lot of data to upload. Reports are customizable which is helpful for different properties. CAM Reconciliation is a plus. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? These will seem minor, but are the drawbacks for my office. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? One of the upsides of using Yardi Breeze is the simplicity the tenants have for making payments and opening up maintenance requests. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? No app (yet). I think that having an app will be useful when one is out in the field and wants to upload a picture to a tenant.
