What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Creating receipts, payables, and deposits is much easier in Breeze than in Genesis 2. Rent cafe is also a huge help for me every month because it allows the residents to take some of the workload off my plate! Poor investment

PROS: The sales team and the customer service is very nice. CONS: The program lacks many of the fundamental things required for a property manager. It lacks any CRM or tracking of contacts. This is a much needed feature because you need to be able to communicate with more than just a tenant. PROS: Price -- period. AT $100 per month, it was less than half what Appfolio at $250 per month cost. CONS: 1st, We were lead to believe that we would be able to pay owner monthly distributions by ACH or E-check. We submitted all the required documentation.
