Not as robust as voyager: communication and accouting; there are also communication features that I like in appfolio (text etc) that are not included in Breeze What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? As a start-up, it is easier to manage your accounting and payables through Yardi as it keeps everything in one place.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Yardi Breeze is one of the best software for small to medium size real estate companies. The fees are reasonable compared to their full size Voyager platform. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? The customer support is limited but equivalent or better than most software. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? Yardi Breeze provides a Rent Roll for monthly billings that general software platforms don't offer.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? We love the ability to take the rental applicant from start to finish in one simple application. The application comes into the software and reports are generated to fulfill the needs of our clients. We can then move the client into the system once the proper approvals have been made. The program lacks many of the fundamental things required for a property manager. It lacks any CRM or tracking of contacts.
