What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? The ease of access to tenants information. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? I don't like that many items you cannot filter by property. The program lacks many of the fundamental things required for a property manager. It lacks any CRM or tracking of contacts. This is a much needed feature because you need to be able to communicate with more than just a tenant. There is not a reasonable way to interface with QuickBooks or any accounting software.
