What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Yardi Breeze is very easy to use. The interface works very well and there are a lot of helpful training videos that provide the background necessary to facilitate all the necessary tasks. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Not as robust as voyager: communication and accouting; there are also communication features that I like in appfolio (text etc) that are not included in Breeze What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? As a start-up, it is easier to manage your accounting and payables through Yardi as it keeps everything in one place.

"User friendly"

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Being able to upload documents and email invoices and statements. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Would like to enter options with charges What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? Most times when we have an issue, we are able to get it fixed on the spot otherwise we get email response.

"Intuitive and smart with some minor potential drawbacks"

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? From the moment we started using Yardi Breeze, it was very intuitive. There was a training section but we didn't really need to utilize it because everything just makes sense. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? The downside is that sometimes the integrations are lacking – for example, we use Rhino for all of our properties (security deposit insurance) and there is no integration with Breeze, only Voyager, etc. Kind of frustrating since we'd ...

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Yardi is a proficient property management software. Good for tracking tenant ledgers, payments, and charges. Fairly user friendly interface. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Yardi Breeze is more geared toward residential rather than commercial properties. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? How easy it is to navigate the yardi breeze web page. I like the accounts payable function and the maintenance function. Way less clunky than others I have used. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? That there is not mobile app. Everything seems to work well but sometimes it it has gliches.
