"I've found Yardi Breeze to be user friendly and it is continually improved."

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? The Help documentation is very good and easy to follow. I typically get good response time if I need to contact support. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Being the first property management software I've used, I have no comparison. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? CAM Reconciliations and we are looking into RentCAFE. It is rich in features that if time is put into using are time saving.

"Great UI and UX Experience"

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? We love the ability to take the rental applicant from start to finish in one simple application. The application comes into the software and reports are generated to fulfill the needs of our clients. We can then move the client into the system once the proper approvals have been made. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? The ability to see all functions on one page What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? There is no app for myself, owners or tenants. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? Mis-communication. I love the information page on the side of each tenants page. I can share information with my coworkers.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Yardi Breeze is one of the best software for small to medium size real estate companies. The fees are reasonable compared to their full size Voyager platform. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? The customer support is limited but equivalent or better than most software. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? Yardi Breeze provides a Rent Roll for monthly billings that general software platforms don't offer.
