What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? We use yardi breeze for managing three properties that are all very different. It is great for small property managers. Easy to do a screening on a prospect. Breeze doesn't have the intercompany function - I have to manually create the intercompany entries for every receipt and check. Wish Breeze can implement this function soon. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Very simple to navigate through the program. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Unable to pick and choose who to charge late fees to. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? Remembering to move in tenants and charging tenants their monthly rent, along with other pass along charges.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? The Help documentation is very good and easy to follow. I typically get good response time if I need to contact support. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Being the first property management software I've used, I have no comparison. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? CAM Reconciliations and we are looking into RentCAFE. It is rich in features that if time is put into using are time saving.
