What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? This site is very easy to navigate and very fast to load the information. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Nothing at this time that is not fixable. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? My subsidy was not showing up when doing recertifications and that is being taken care of.

Sometimes its tricky about current to dates and such and gives an error What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? Less excel sheets that I had to create when using quickbooks

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Easy to enter deposits and invoices. Screening platform is helpful. Reports are simple What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Not able to access a useful availability report. Have tried for over a year and our rep said they were working on something for us... still nothing. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? I like that I can see any prospects, applicants, lease dates, and recepts at a touch of a button. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Sometimes I would like to create a report that makes sense to me, but the software doesn't allow it. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Cheap to use, support to show it. Chat is now a bit better of a feature for simple problems that need fixed. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Almost everything else. Cannot get timely help for any larger problems. They say they will email when fixed and takes days for problems like rent. Takes 5 days to receive payment through the system. Cannot directly put support in contact with tenant and have to be middle man. Have to chat or email phone ...

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? I like that the past months are locked and it is easier to fix wrong posting dates. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Reports are not structured well. Would like to have better formatted reports What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? Having the capability to fix our problems without having to call Yardi all the time is better.

Some of the accounting functions are less fluid than their other software platforms What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? They wrote a supplement to provide Gross Potential Rent on the commercial platform. Trying to provide that calculation manually is tedious
