What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Yardi Breeze is an easy software to master. It is also very inexpensive so if you are looking for good software for an affordable price Yardi Breeze is for you. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? You can't use your arrow keys to go back to the screen that you were just working on. You have to learn to go back to the heading and work around the screens. "Lease writing and closing work orders are cumbersome"

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Dashboard is nice, showing what is still outstanding What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Lease writing is cumbersome; trying to determine which token is required. Closing work orders is also a pain, there is no option to close when you select the individual work orders. Software is not user-friendly at all. Much easier options in the marketplace. Extremely cumbersome loading information into the software. Every service rep you talk to either says "i don't know" or "let me get back to you" when questioned. Don't even dare sign up if you are not 100% sure you want to keep the software. "BREEZE VS ENTERPRISE"

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? I like that it stamp dates and states who recorded each entry. I like that I can copy a previous invoice or journal entry. It's definitely a step down to Voyager Yardi (which I expected) but we are still struggling to find transactions and researching items. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Breeze is not much better than any other packaged GL accounting system. It is marketed as being a real estate-centered program and it has many deficiencies that, although brought to the attention of the company have gone unanswered. "Subpar to previous software"

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Ability to login from anywhere is the only advantage to me. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? The reporting is terrible. Income Statements and Balance Sheets are incorrect and customization is almost impossible. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm entirely disillusioned with the software.
