What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? That most of the stuff is self explanatory and doesnt need long tutorial videos to use that feature. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? The one thing from a property management company is we cant add our own insurance to a tenant under our name, its limited to one name. Would also like a better area for contacts. "Very easy to manage and user friendly."

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Managing monthly rent payments so you can easily see who still owes you and how much. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? That they don't automatically send out reminder emails- example, that rent is due soon. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? They make it easy to have all of our apartment complex managed in one easy place.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Yardi Breeze is affordable and offers many features needed by a CRE management company. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Prefer ability to customize reports, especially rent roll that needs to be 'massaged' when I run this, in able to obtain the info I need. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? I like how visual everything is and how easy it is to access different pages from the dashboard. Your can personalize your dashboard which is a very nice feature. I also like the chat button option! Its very helpful. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? There are some reports I used to be able to run for Rent Cafe that I can't as efficiently run now. Also, we have loading issues about once every month or 2, which can interrupt our workflow. BUT ...

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Yardi Breeze is very easy to learn and the functionality is fairly intuitive. It did not take long to implement or to learn the ins and outs of the system. Unlike some sites, the Help function is actually helpful as well. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? My biggest issue with Yardi Breeze is the inability to go "back".
