What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Yardi Breeze is affordable and offers many features needed by a CRE management company. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Prefer ability to customize reports, especially rent roll that needs to be 'massaged' when I run this, in able to obtain the info I need. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? I like how visual everything is and how easy it is to access different pages from the dashboard. Your can personalize your dashboard which is a very nice feature. I also like the chat button option! Its very helpful. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? There are some reports I used to be able to run for Rent Cafe that I can't as efficiently run now. Also, we have loading issues about once every month or 2, which can interrupt our workflow. BUT ...

"Easy to Use, Can be Somewhat "Clunky""

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Yardi Breeze is very easy to learn and the functionality is fairly intuitive. It did not take long to implement or to learn the ins and outs of the system. Unlike some sites, the Help function is actually helpful as well. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? My biggest issue with Yardi Breeze is the inability to go "back".
