What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Yardi's chat support. I am fairly new to Yardi and anytime I have a question, Yardi's chat is always available to help and extrememly friendly. Sometimes the loading time periods are lengthy. However, they have always resolved the issues and have it up and running quickly. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy track of records for all our properties.

When I want to talk to someone they push me to a video when I really would like someone to show me how to do the task. The videos are a great starting point but when you need to talk to a tech they want to charge like crazy to talk to someone. I do not feel like a valued customer.
