"Can use a lot of improvements"

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? It's web-based and everyone has their own login. Chat, feedback, and Help Center has proven to be useful, though not always quite complete. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? It's fairly unforgiving. Once dates, amounts, charge codes are entered, can't edit after. While it's certainly an upgrade from Yardi Genesis, we've sacrificed efficiency in Yardi Breeze. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? Having everyone ...

"We have been using Breeze for two years."

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Simplicity, reporting, easy to navigate and train to others. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? The only dislike, and it's minor, we are outgrowing the system. However, we will stay with Yardi and upgrade to Voyager. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking AR/AP, constructing monthly reports for our Owners/Associations. Allows our overseas or out-of-state owners to log into the owner portal to review reports.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? The product is user friendly and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Product is more geared toward multi-family propertes, would like to see easy user for Commercial type property. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? A multi-use platform for all AR/AP in lieu of having multiple platforms.

It is easy to use, has all of the functionality needed for our small real estate businesses (lease tracking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, great selection of useful reports. I also like the help center which includes clear, detailed, and well organized articles to help with any issue or functionality you could imagine. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? The only issue I have experienced so far were some instances were there were ...

It is twicw the cost of QB online for the same fetures What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? easy to set up and use. I can access the program from anywhere

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? the fast response from their team members when there is a problem. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? when posting a work order, you have to do a lot of copy and paste. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? When making a mistake in an account, they can fix it over the phone or thru email.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Good to use but can be diffucult to nagiviate but if you ask on call they will help you. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? some of the reports are hard to understand. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? when the reports are frozen they send them to my email for me.
