What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? The ability to manage everyhting in one place. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Improve applicant screening accuracy. "Very useful tool for real estate business admin"

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? It is easy to use, has all of the functionality needed for our small real estate businesses (lease tracking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, great selection of useful reports. I also like the help center which includes clear, detailed, and well organized articles to help with any issue or functionality you could imagine. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? The only issue I have experienced so far were some instances were there were ...

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? It does autopay well. That is a about it. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Customer service is very poor. My on boarding training was bad. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? I will pick different software soon.

"Lots of bells and whistles but poor functionality."

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Cloud-based and user friendly interface. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Developers not in tune with real estate industry or accounting. We are not able to perform certain functions properly. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? The only problem we had that Yardi Breeze is solving is that tenants can now access their accounts and view their ledgers online on RENTCafe.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? The product is user friendly and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Product is more geared toward multi-family propertes, would like to see easy user for Commercial type property. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? A multi-use platform for all AR/AP in lieu of having multiple platforms.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? The ability to copy payments / check information-very helpful to not have to key in each time if payments are similar or the same for each months' checks. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? The support is all by chat. It takes far longer to get problems solved. If phone support was more readily available it would be helpful. Suggestion that the "help desk" is have 1 or 2 reps per client to have continuity. Not sure if this is possible. It is ...
