What do you like best about Xref? The interface is very simple to understand. It is very user friendly, and still gives all the information necessary. What do you dislike about Xref? Once completed, there is no follow up or actions to take. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? Problems include some answers being skipped over because of repeat or similar questions. Benefits include helping with timely hires, while providing accurate data.

What do you like best? I enjoy how easy it is for referee's to complete their references. It's also great that the candidate is reminded to input their referee's details. What do you dislike? I dislike that Xref stops sending email reminders after a certain amount of time. I also wish we were provided with the option to send SMS reminders.
