What do you like best about Xref? For us, automation is actually the way ahead. It allows for the recruiters of ours to concentrate on finding probably the best talents rather than always chasing lost conversations. It is also great that judges are able to do things in the free time of theirs, which we do not usually have in the list trade. It is ideal that you are able to check the references of yours in time, though you are able to get a lot more information from them than you are able to over the telephone. The opportunity to finish test checks in period is the most evident advantage but the information that we get from the officials is much better than in telephone reference checking (where a "correct" can be seen as a means to speed the call!). What do you like best about Xref? It's a real time-saving when you are hiring at such a high volume.
