What do you like best? Very easy to use and saves our team SO much time! What do you dislike? It would be good to have the option to invite another (3rd) reference on our end without having to call the help desk to do so. What do you like best about Xref? It holds the employee more responsible & and sends them a lot of reminders. Xref makes the expectations clear. What do you dislike about Xref? What is least helpful about Xref is that it doesn't screen the referee What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving the issue of having to reach out to new employees multiple times to complete their references. Again, Xref sends many reminders.

What do you like best about Xref? Ability to have such a lengthy process moved online. Love that our candidates can really control the process of their references. What do you dislike about Xref? Sometimes the delay of the candidates inputting their details, but this is not XRefs fault. What do you like best about Xref? The ability to carry out test checks at the same time is the most obvious advantage, but the information we received from our employees was much better than phone checks (where the "option correct" might be perceived as a mean to speeding up the conversation! We appreciate the convenience of being able to consider the entire background check as positive or negative, as well as exporting the Practical System to include checks in our negotiation ...

What do you like best about Xref? The great part would be that the inspection are able to be done on time, though you are able to get a lot better info from the staff members than from the telephone book. When negotiating with recruiters, we include the benchmark in the recommendations of ours since we wish to be realistic about whether the benchmark is actually negative or positive as a whole, and we wish to consider the simplicity of issuing the plan.
