What do you like best about Xref? Quicker turnaround for references, candidates are updated and kept in the loop about their references. What do you dislike about Xref? Its like a set and forget product, and completely takes care of a big part of my role which is to verify and understand the work history and capability of candidates our company are looking to hire. What do you like best? No more phone calls which is time consuming and conversations can take too long. Now, referees can complete it in their own time and take the time they need to respond. What do you like best about Xref? The most helpful aspect of Xref is that its entirely email driven, references are in print form and able to be held onto in the referees own words. There is also no need to schedule phone calls around busy schedules or less than willing referees. "Efficient platform with amazing customer service"

What do you like best about Xref? My favourite part of the organization is the amazing customer service, they are prompt, polite and help with a very genuine attitude. My favourite feature of Xref is the fraudulent notifications that are provided for when an applicant uses someone that may share the same IP address.
