"Makes life as a recruiter much easier"

What do you like best about Xref? The most helpful aspect of Xref is that its entirely email driven, references are in print form and able to be held onto in the referees own words. There is also no need to schedule phone calls around busy schedules or less than willing referees. What do you like best about Xref? Ability to have such a lengthy process moved online. Love that our candidates can really control the process of their references. What do you dislike about Xref? Sometimes the delay of the candidates inputting their details, but this is not XRefs fault.
