Sometimes the delay of the candidates inputting their details, but this is not XRefs fault. What do you like best? No more phone calls which is time consuming and conversations can take too long. Now, referees can complete it in their own time and take the time they need to respond. What do you like best about Xref? It holds the employee more responsible & and sends them a lot of reminders. Xref makes the expectations clear. What do you dislike about Xref? What is least helpful about Xref is that it doesn't screen the referee What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving the issue of having to reach out to new employees multiple times to complete their references. Again, Xref sends many reminders.
