"It's very user friendly and efficient, for both the administrator and the user."

What do you like best about Xref? Email notifications about either a candidate not providing referees' information or when a candidate's referee has completed the questionnaire. I also think it's very valuable to be notified when there is a "fraud" from a user when completing his/her own reference check. What do you dislike about Xref? The lack of an email notifying the completion of all reference checks required. Also, not being able to make any edits once the user has started the ...

It would be good to have the option to invite another (3rd) reference on our end without having to call the help desk to do so.
