What do you like best about Xref? The ability for the candidate to supply information and keep updated with the progress. Also ability for xref to detect fraudulent/fishy references. What do you like best? Easy to use, convenient, Detailed, saves time for both recruiter and referee. Referee can complete the report in their own convenient time. What do you dislike?
