What do you like best about Xref? Ease of use, simplicity, reference fraud flagging, great support from Xref team when needed, What do you dislike about Xref? It would be nice to be able to edit reference template questions without having to create and upload an entirely new template. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best? The integration to our applicant tracking system. I move someone to the XREF stage, and the forms are automatically sent out. It is a low lift. What do you dislike? The rating of a review based on the number of words. Hiring managers get confused sometimes, and equate that rating as a rating of the review itself.
