What do you like best? The integration to our applicant tracking system. I move someone to the XREF stage, and the forms are automatically sent out. It is a low lift. What do you dislike? The rating of a review based on the number of words. Hiring managers get confused sometimes, and equate that rating as a rating of the review itself.
