What do you like best? I love that gathering references is made easy by the online platform. Xref saves me time so I don't have to call each candidate. I like that I can share the results with hiring managers and the emails I receive when the references are completed. What do you dislike? What do you like best about Xref? I like the time as well as interest to information that I get when making use of XRef. It is like a regular, you forget about the item and understand a great deal of what I do, i.e. ask questions and fully grasp the past and abilities of the applicants that our business wants to hire.
