What do you like best about Xref? The "clean" feel of the website; how it is laid out. What do you dislike about Xref? 2 factor authentication ... but I understand why this is important. "Fast, easy and realiable"

What do you like best about Xref? Ease of use. It is always time consuming chasing up referees and this solves that problem nicely. What do you dislike about Xref? Creating templates for questions to be asked. But it is a once only for each job. Recommendations to others considering Xref: If you are needing to complete a large number of reference checks, this is your go to. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? Saving heaps of time for the bulk recruitment positions.

"Solid Software That Gets References Done"

What do you like best about Xref? Xref is quick and easy. Allows for the receivers to do it on their own time. What do you dislike about Xref? The integration with Bullhorn UI isn’t the greatest. Recommendations to others considering Xref: Better interface with Bullhorn integration would be nice. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? Faster references competed. Benefits include more deals completed and able to use references to pre-sell candidates to clients.

What do you like best about Xref? I love that gathering references is made easy by the online platform. Xref saves me time so I don't have to call each candidate. I like that I can share the results with hiring managers and the emails I receive when the references are completed. What do you dislike about Xref? The price is pretty expensive per reference. "Intuitive, easy to use, makes reference checks standardised & simple."

What do you like best about Xref? Super easy to use on both candidate and user side. Customisable, though i haven't personally been involved in this as my organisation sticks to one specific template. I love that we're able to have standardised references across all candidates, especially across all the users in our organisation who might collect the references (i.e. one template can be used by myself and my internal team, and also by our talent team in our parent company). "Solved our isssues with reference collecting."

What do you like best about Xref? I operate in the recruitment, as I need to gather right people in my team as well as we call all candidates individually, documenting the answers of theirs. When we went up the stairs, it had taken a quite a while. It was XRef. XRef, that saved us a great deal of time. What do you like best about Xref? They save me a lot of time. References are able to respond to questions when it best suites them. This gives them to opportunity give thought to their answers. What's also good is Xref can track if references are legit. We've had cases where candidates have provided false references.
