"Great, easy to use Platform"

What do you like best about Xref? I love that gathering references is made easy by the online platform. Xref saves me time so I don't have to call each candidate. I like that I can share the results with hiring managers and the emails I receive when the references are completed. What do you dislike about Xref? The price is pretty expensive per reference. What do you like best about Xref? Xref is quick and easy. Allows for the receivers to do it on their own time. What do you dislike about Xref? The integration with Bullhorn UI isn’t the greatest. Recommendations to others considering Xref: Better interface with Bullhorn integration would be nice. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? Faster references competed. Benefits include more deals completed and able to use references to pre-sell candidates to clients.

What do you like best about Xref? I was sceptical when I was first introduced to Xref, I'd spent over 10 years calling referees! I also used to receive timesheets by fax machine and I don't miss that either. The ease of using Xref is amazing and new hiring managers are always impressed with the reference reports. What do you like best about Xref? Its easy to use, simple and efficient and gets results quickly. Also great to use from an applicant nd referee perspective. The team customised my reference check template so we had all the questions we would usually ask right in the template. The team were professional engaging and super helpful to work with.
