What do you like best about Xref? The easy way to collect the reference checks needed for an applicant. I don't have to worry about follow up emails or spend 10 minutes with each reference. What do you like best about Xref? The best part of this service is the amount of time you will save. What do you dislike about Xref? Sometimes, the system sends a little too many reminders to the references. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? Previously, it used to take our company days to complete a reference check. Now, with Xref, we are able to save many hours per week. It is also very helpful to have multiple colleagues be able to view references in the system.
