While using XRef, I found myself disliking the fact that personal references aren't allowed. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? It's sometimes difficult getting in touch with references by phone and this more passive approach with XRef solves that problem.

What do you like best about Xref? I love the ease of use and that fact that it's so quick for me. It really reduces the time I need to spend on reference checks which means I can spend more time elsewhere. It also allows referees to complete the reference check outside business hours which really allows them to think through the responses they are giving.
