What do you like best about Xref? I love the ease of use and that fact that it's so quick for me. It really reduces the time I need to spend on reference checks which means I can spend more time elsewhere. It also allows referees to complete the reference check outside business hours which really allows them to think through the responses they are giving. What do you like best about Xref? Xref is awesome, it's so convenient and efficient and takes so much admin from my workload.
