What do you like best about Xref? Setting up the candidates in xref is quick and easy and doesn't require unnecessary details. Tracking the progress of references is quick with the visuals on the dashboard and downloading the references is also easy. What do you dislike about Xref? What do you like best about Xref? Great for getting references in another time zone, easy to alter questionnaire. We use Xref on a weekly basis and out hiring managers find the reports easy to follow and understand. I have used Xref at two companies now and at both places it's been a breeze. What do you like best about Xref? The same saved, ease of use for referees, great customer service from Kelly Thompson. What do you dislike about Xref? Nothing, can't imagine recruitment without it now. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? Efficiency, was initially worried about the inability to probe deeper into comments but have found that people tend to write more with a greater sense of anonymity and in their own time/convenience.

There has to be better system for sending access code email as it does not come quick enough to your email. Recommendations to others considering Xref: Very helpful; and quick process to sue.
