What do you like best about Xref? This is extremely easy to use and efficient for busy recruiters. It puts the accountability onto the applicant and all reviews are in the same format and easy to review with the hiring manager. What do you like best about Xref? Ease of use and the ability to customise the e-mail sent to candidates. Fraudulent reference check system which is quite handy. What do you dislike about Xref? Hard to find any faults with xRef. Customer service is great and the system is very easy to use. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to request references at anytime, and candidates having the flexibility to request references anytime as well. Great time saving tool.

What do you like best about Xref? I like how XRef sends reminders, when candidates have not yet completed their references or when referees have not submitted their reference. It's helpful, because it keeps me accountable. What do you dislike about Xref?
