What do you like best about Xref? We have Xref integrated within our HRIS system (Success Factors) so it is really efficient to initiate a reference check with the click of a button. I have found it helpful that it is completed online as it saves me time during the recruitment process. What i love most about X-Ref is how quick the turn-around time is for a reference check to be completed, compared to back in the day when we had to complete them over the phone and take around 30mins for each reference to be completed.
