The UI can be a bit counter-intuitive when it comes to executing a job compared to similar services. I think for the most basic use cases, the pricing is also slightly steep (but I found this across all similarly position services, so not a direct dig at Xplenty). Excellent tool if you are looking for a powerful yet simple to use way to move your data.

What do you like best? By far, their support is incredible. They are incredibly responsive and helpful and the people doing the support know their stuff. Next, I would say that they have found a nice blend of capabilities and simplicity. We have been able to get non-engineers productive in the tool very quickly. What do you dislike? Xplenty makes it extremely easy to understand how to do really developed ETLing, this brings down the barrier and gives the power of moving and cleaning data to an entire company. What do you like best? What we love best about Xplenty is the near real time support we get from the team. Xplenty's point of difference is the customer support we receive. What do you like best? XPlenty manages to be simple to setup and use while still putting an extensive array of functionalities and transformations at your disposal to establish a customized dataflow. What do you dislike? The amount of details fed back to the user via the UI on the jobs that ran (completed or failed) could be more extensive, but the live support - when a problem occurs - more than make up for this and more details are always available via the API.
