The use of xMatters has enabled us to consolidate on-call rotas from various locations, enabling incident managers to initiate a call-out more efficiently and accurately. "Very useful tool for multiple use cases"
What do you like best about xMatters? The set up of xMatters went very smoothly, much more so than alot of other cloud based applications that I support. It is easy to provision users and groups from ServiceNow and set up custom communication flows. What do you like best about xMatters? I like to use the mobile app and it is working very well. I don't use web app. Mobile app is very helpful when you are working outside standard working hours in order to take reponsability of new incidents assigned to our team. web application is used to help us organize rotation in our team and assign resources to help us manage incidents assigned to our team.
