Great for notifications, alerting and scheduling.
What do you like best? flexible and cloud oriented - easily integrated with other solution What do you dislike? very difficult to come up with anything that makes xMatters bad. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling on call for technical teams has become easier than with previous solutions.

What do you like best? Cool product with all the relevant features. Very easy to integrate with SN and then configure. What do you dislike? All the aspects were good. We use it!
What do you like best? It works, which is crucial for keeping us online. What do you dislike? I wish the functionality was native to ServiceNow and I didn't have to use a 3rd party application, but since I do, xMatters does the job. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We route phone calls for our P1 and P2 outtages using xMatters.

xMatters Incident Integration
What do you like best? The integration was easy to setup and well documented What do you dislike? There isn't a lot of flexibility when it comes to configuring other notifications, specifically Catalog Tasks What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? On-Call rotations, alerting IT employees to critical business impacting events

Xmatters integrates well within the SN ITSM platform
What do you like best? Xmatters integrates really well within ITSM - allowing for major incidents to flow seamlessly through the incident process What do you dislike? I'm pretty happy with it overall, although communication out to end clients would be a benefit What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Multiple points of communication (email, phone, text, IM) ensured communication with needed resources

Xmatters help us with alers
What do you like best? We get prompt responses and emails when systems are down. What do you dislike? Nothing at this moment. Notification Perfection
