xMatters is an awesome tool!
What do you like best? xMatters is very user friendly and has so much potential for greatness. Our enterprise has been able to greatly improve our incident management process because of xMatters paging and notification services. Good tool, easy to use and very easy to navigate
What do you like best? I like that the alerts are able to be sent to mobile via text so that I can easily read and glance at an error to know what it is. I also like that when I miss the text there is an option to call me so that I never miss an critical alert. What do you dislike? I found the xMatters Mobile App to be very unstable making it not so usable. The app would improve the user experience if it was stable. Data Engineer that uses webhooks and push alerts
What do you like best? Webhooks are great, and I can kick off from any of the services that I have. What do you dislike? No way to generate swagger documentation for the webhooks What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Alerting and letting us know when things require attention and to ping the on call groups that we need help from.

What do you like best? How easy it is to use. And how it integrates with almost everything. What do you dislike? Nothing. it's pretty well built. And the intense free training helps a lot.
