A good idea but dreadful website and communications

Small discounts on shopping welcome but the time it takes to get them make them unviable. Just ordered a Sainsburys voucher supposedly provided instantly but it, unlike the order acknowledgement, not sent or available on the website. Emails both to the customer service and the CEO are ignored. Just not worth the hassle of subscribing. Has taken me at least 15 minutes to try to get a £4 deduction.
