Xero support help

General use of Xero is always good. I had a payroll issue which Cristina from Xero support (Manchester based) assisted me with, she was really helpful!

I find Xero support excellent

I find Xero support excellent. Although you have to register a case online (and can't just call them up) I have found them very responsive and that their support team provide clear and helpful advice. The best online customer support team that I have come across.

Highly Recommended

I contacted the Xero support team as a pre-sales enquiry when moving from the free trial to purchase. The response was fast, free and accurate. As an ex. Sage user I am extremely impressed with Xero as a package. Well presented, intuitive and so far it offers more than we need for our little non-profit organisation.
