After I raised a query online rhe Xero team member rang me quickly to answer my question. This was really helpful and timely as my client was with me and we could sort out the problem on the spot. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and guided me through the process

Great communication along the way in resolving case

Great - all in all

Having no telephone contact detail is very irritating, because it takes so long to sort a simple query. Despite that, then US support team did try to contact me. I block numbers I don't know, especially non-UK numbers and I think Xero need to understand that practice - there are too many non-Uk scammers. All that said, the chat with Bert in the US was very helpful and Bert arranged for a UK colleague to call. That she did on time and we resolved the issue straightaway. So the overall ...
