XERO support are amazing
XERO support is amazing. The help function is really clear and step by step straight forward but if you can't find what you need the support team are there and they are quick and knowledgeable. As a system XERO is in my opinion the best.

Great and immediate support
Great and immediate support on an accounting problem which i could not resolve and seemed like a bank problem eventually which S helped me find, understand and fix online, to much relief. Always good support

The Xero's Customer Support is at a…
The Xero's Customer Support is at a very high level. They respond quickly and they really solve the problem effectively. Our company needed to make a customized invoice with many fields that are not included in the ones offered by Xero. The representative, Josh, took me on a call and helped me add the required fields, upload the invoice to the program, and get it working. We will continue to use Xero as we really liked the customer approach! Thank you!

By far and away the best customer…
By far and away the best customer service I have ever had. My questions were answered in depth, not only giving me the solution, but also showing me why I had the problem I did. The response was very professional, friendly and clearly written by someone who was an expert in the field.
