Highly recommend

Xero is new to me as a small business. I had trouble setting it up - my fault not theirs- I sent an email for help, and I received a 'phone call from Matt who guided me every step of the way. He could not have been more helpful and understanding, and had all the time I needed. So nice to be involved with a company who actually care !! I highly recommend. Great customer service.

Professionalism and promptitude

I was very happy with the support I received from Xero Support team. I have been contacted back in a very short time after raising the query. Also I received very detailed guidance for the process of recording and assigning Bupa Health Insurance benefit to the employees.

Hannah from WFM support is the best!

I've recently come accross a really stressul scenario. Hannah from WFM has been absolutely fantastic and proactive in providing the support I needed. Her product knowledge, customer service, turnaround time, as well as speed of responsive and conscientiousness are outstanding.
