We have been the Xero now for a couple of years and when ever I have a problem they are fabulous come back to you straight away and resolve the problem. Highly recommend them to any business.

Excellent customer service
I recently moved to xero at end of financial year having previously used Quickbooks. I have received 2 calls checking if I needed any help - when joining and then when adding a new service. Caitlin talked me through how to fix an issue very easily over the phone. Saved me a lot of time reading help guides or calling for help with their proactive customer service call! I would advise any business owner to choose Xero over Quickbooks
