So quick I could barely make a cuppa while I waited

I think this is the most quick and efficient customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I barely had time to close the tab before the agent had got back to my and completed my request. I mean literally, I couldn't have made a cup of tea in that time.

Great Technical Support from Xero Professional

I was trying to approve 23 Bills to Pay when my laptop crashed. When I logged in again 8 bills had disappeared from Xero and I was unsure what to do about it. Raised a Case with Xero. Received email from technical support (Alexander from Denver) within an hour. Alexander showed me how to filter Bills to Pay, so that I could see Deleted and Voided bills (which included the 8 missing bills), and assured me that, although I couldn't "undelete" the 8 bills in Xero, I could republish from Dext ...
