Upon raising my query, I was informed how long I could expect to receive a response and that time frame was accurate. Although the issue could not be resolved in Xero directly, I was provided a link where I could highlight the problem area for Xero to work on resolving and a work around for the time being.

I’ve never had an issue with zero
I’ve never had an issue with zero, but when I had a technical glitch this week I cannot fault the service I received. I had a reply with a minutes and actually had a phone call with a wonderful customer service representative who help me. I got sorted on my own in the end, but I can’t fault the quick response to resolve the issue I was having.
