Excellent support

Excellent, clear, calm advice - and friendly. How every customer service/ help expertise should be handled. If only other amorphous organisations still employed the same calibre of people that Xero clearly invests in; who don't use maddening bots, or just read off a script or revert to 'computer says no'.
