Excellent, clear, calm advice - and friendly. How every customer service/ help expertise should be handled. If only other amorphous organisations still employed the same calibre of people that Xero clearly invests in; who don't use maddening bots, or just read off a script or revert to 'computer says no'. Really good service. Thanks Xero for sorting out my account.

So patient and professional. The chap picked up that I was struggling from the chat function and he phoned me without my having to ask. He stayed on the phone with me, shared the screen, and we got to the bottom of my problem.
