Great Customer Service
I had an issue that required customer service input. I sent a message via the Xero Central support centre and was talking directly to a representative within 24 hours who immediately resolved the issue. Great customer service.

Grace and John phoned me in South Africa from the UK and sorted the issue I HAD (Yes, HAD)! It was hours that I tried but it was sorted in MINUTES!!!!! This is the standard that all companies across all industries should be measured.

Angela was amazing, really patient and thorough. Responded by phone call very quickly and talked me through all the process and screen sharing. Very helpful. Great Support, responded quickly and could update via text messaging. Liked the fact that you dealt with an actual person and that person was your continued support through the case.
