Great accountancy package
I have never looked back since changing from Sage line50 5 years ago. Once we were set up (make sure you investigate who is pulling information from one system to the other) it has been plain sailing - it is great that everything is all in one place (being able to add contracts to a sales invoice and purchase ledger invoices to purchase orders is great). Only down side is that we cannot run a report showing outstanding purchase orders - we have found a way around this by paying an outside ...

A really excellent product and the…
A really excellent product and the backbone of our company. Would highly recommend compared to other accounting packages. We trialled several before moving over to Xero in 2014 and it was a relatively easy choice. Good integrations too.

Xero is a platform that allows me to keep track of how my company is doing.Very easy to use, very accurate, with features like Hubdoc to make it even easier to treat and sort documents.Our accountants also use it, so I was able to choose a system that makes everyone's life easier.I have recommended and will do so.

On Xero now for 18 months
On Xero now for 18 months, and over that time found the system easy to use although in the early days not having someone to talk to when you had a problem was sometimes frustrating as delays in response to queries could be next day.Over time you learn the best sequence to do various tasks.The charts and reports are very user friendly and gives an upto date picture of your business.Bank links do not always bring over all the details and I think this should be emphasised more for new starters ...
