I had a major issue with several VAT…
I had a major issue with several VAT Returns. Rachel called me and went through the whole process and even did some troubleshooting with me. She is an absolute angel. I cant fault the help that Xero Support has given me in resolving the issues I was having. I do find that speaking with someone is always better.

If you read my response, you will have an idea. I felt like I was being engaged (professionally) - without feeling I was asking a stupid question.
