I wanted to contact Xero by phone with a payroll query and was disappointed to find that the help team needs to be contacted online but I have been very pleased with the outcome of the query, helpful informative staff and my issue is resolved.

Slow to start but the end result absolutely fabulous
Initially i did feel fobbed off with generic and slow comeback from the weekend team but have to say that Rowan was amazing and sorted it out for me

Really impressed since swapping from Kashflow
Really impressed since signing up for Xero. I had tested it quite a bit but finally decided to move our business accounts from Kashflow to Xero. It took a day to get everything transferred over. The core transfer of 2 years of transactions was free and relatively painless. I did need to tweak a couple of notes and account codes in Kashflow, to get the history to import. The Xero help team are just amazing, especially Caitlin
The Xero help team are just amazing. Really fast replies to my online requests for help, well under 2 hours. Today I needed 'phone help. Yes, Xero actually have people you can talk to!!! My support specialist on the 'phone was Caitlin from the UK office and she was really fantastic. This is one really powerful reason to use Xero.

Very impressed
Having used a lot of online software, I have to Xero has one of the best customer services in the world. Fast and knowledgable. Giving advice not just on their product but on accounting and best practise.
