i couldnt log into my xero and the guy called me and was so helpful, I was worried using support login would mean it would takes ages for someone to pick my issue but i was phoned within 10 mins

really impressed at how quickly someone called me about my issue I needed urgently to talk to someone and was worried when i realised i had to log a call but it was all so quick.

Unusual transaction on Xero.

I didnt know how to reconcile a payment on Xero as I'd been overpaid. Sent off an email, got a reply next day with instructions & screen shots. Managed to sort the problem. Very Helpfull
