Very impressed

Having used a lot of online software, I have to Xero has one of the best customer services in the world. Fast and knowledgable. Giving advice not just on their product but on accounting and best practise.

Outstanding Help team

Outstanding Help team. Their online service gave me comprehensive answers to my questions in well under 2 hours. But they also have people you can speak with on the 'phone which is amazing!!! Today I needed 'phone support and Caitlin from the UK office called me. She was careful, patient and accurate and the problem was completely solved. Thanks to Caitlin and Xero, this kind of support is a powerful reason for buying Xero.

The Xero help team are just amazing, especially Caitlin

The Xero help team are just amazing. Really fast replies to my online requests for help, well under 2 hours. Today I needed 'phone help. Yes, Xero actually have people you can talk to!!! My support specialist on the 'phone was Caitlin from the UK office and she was really fantastic. This is one really powerful reason to use Xero.

A great response

The initial response to my enquiry was very quick. The follow up from a first conversation was equally quick. The operative was clear, concise, helpful and patient in his response. The problem was solved. I cannot see any way in which the "transaction" could have been improved. Much in this post Covid world is broken. It was welcoming to find something that is'nt.

Fab customer experience with an extra added touch!

Had a problem with two factor authentication and sent a support message How to responds quite quickly in a few hours But what really surprised me was a phone call to check in if I was okay if everything was all right and if I needed any more support or help I really didn't expect that so that was absolutely brilliant Well done! Xero. Really appreciate the kindness!
